ORDIIaANCE NO. 4844
AN ORDIVANCE making an appropriation out of the General Bond and
Interest Fund for the payment of a certain claiT-.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the stun of $16,721.570be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the General Bond and Interest Fund in the City
Treasury for the payment to Saline County, Kansas of the amount due
to Saline County, Kansas on a certain. judgment rendered in the
District Court of Saline County, Kansas in action pending in said
court entitled "The Board of County Commissioners, County of Saline,
Plaintiff versus City of Salina, Defendant No. 13496" in said
court which judgment was rendered in said action on January 7, 1937
and to 0. H. Ford, Clerk of District Court of Saline County, Kansas,
the sum of �39.404\in payment of the cost of said action or a total
of $16,760.97 for which bonds have been duly authorized and sold by
the City of Salina, Kansas in the sum last mentioned and proceeds
of which bonds in said amount is now in the General Bond and Interest
Fund in the Treasury of the City of SaliAa, Kansas.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of 416,721.57 be and the same
is hereby- appropriated out of the General Bond and Interest Fund
in the City Treasury for the payment to Saline County, Kansas
of the amount due to Saline County, Kansas on a certain judgment
District
rendered in the/ Court of Saline County, Kansas in action pending
in said court entitled "The Board of County Commissioners, County
of Saline, Plaintiff versus City of Salina, Defendant No. 13496"
in said court which judgment was rendered in said action 6n January
7, 1937 and to 0. B. Ford, Clerk of District Court of SalinLCounty,
Kansas, the sum of X39.40 in payment of the cost of said action
or a total of $16,760.97 for which bonds have been duly authorized
and sold by the City of Salina, Kansas in the sum last mentioned
and proceeds of which bonds in said amount is now in the General
Bond and Interest Fund in the Treasury of the amity of Salina,
Kansas.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
