AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation from the Olive Street Condemnation
Fund for the payment of certain claims.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $11,003.70 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the Olive Street Condemnation Fund in the City
Treasury for payment of the following clait,is showing to whom and for
what purpose the claim is paid.
Sarah E. Huiett White, widow of David I. Hulett
and assignee of the other heirs of said deceased
for amount due for condemnation and appropriation
of N. 35 f t . of the S. 105 f t . of Lots 3 4 and
5, Block 9 (known as 205 N. Olive Street] in
Elmdale Addition in the City of Salina, Kansas
in the amount of $1600.00 less taxes now daze
of $8.17 and less $400.00 paid by said Sarah E.
Hulett 'mite for the improvements on said lot
to be removed by her or a balance of - - - - - _ _ - - _ 1191.83
To Tom Conley owner, and V. J. Devine, mortgagee
in the payment for the amount due for condemnation
and appropriation of the S. 35 f t . of Lots 3 4
