AN ORDINANCE amending; Section 15 and Section 20 of Ordinance No.
4837 being an ordinance dividing the City of Salina into certain
wards and voting precincts and defining the boundaries thereof
and repealing said original section.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 15 of Ordinance No. 4837 be and the sane
is hereby, amended to read as follows:
"Section 15. FOURTH '.WARD. All of that part of the City of Salina
which lies east of Santa Fe Avenue between Iron Avenue and Prescott
Avenue and east of Marymount Road and south of the Country Club Aoad
shall constitute the Fourth `-yard."
Section 2. That Section 20 of Ordinance No. 4837 be and the same
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 20. SECOhID HECINC`I' OF FIFTH ','ARD. 'she Second Precinct

of the Fifth Ward shall include all of that Dart of the Fifth 5,Alard
as herein defined which lies east of Ninth Street south of Prescott
Avenue ( and Prescott Avenue extended east) and north of '�-'ilson
Street (and 'Nilson Street extended east)."
Section 3. That original Sections 15 and 20 of Ordinance No. 4837

be and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its Dublication 3.n the official city paper.

and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 159 FOURTH WARD. All of that part of the
City of Salina which lies east of Santa Fe Avenue between
Iron Avenue and Prescott Avenue and east of Marymount Road
and south of the Country Club Road shall constitute the
Fourth Ward."
Section 2. That Section 20 of Ordinance No. 4837
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 20. SECOND PRECINCT OF FIFTH WARD. The
Second Precinct of the Fifth Ward shall include all of
that part of the Fifth Ward as herein defined which lies
east of Ninth Street south of Prescott Avenue (and Prescott
Avenue extended east) and north of Wilson Street (and Wilson
Street extended east)."
Section 3. That original Sections 15 and 20 of Ordinance
No. 4837 be and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its publication in the official
city paper*
