ORDI14ANCE NO. 4839
AN ORDINATiCE making an appropriation out of 1"iremen's Pension Fund for
the payment of a certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of 462.50 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the Firemen's Pension Fund in the City Treasury
for the payment of the following; claim:
Geo. IV. R_,arneck
FIREMEN'S PENSION FUND
Pension
0 62.50 0
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is here by
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Iiana3er upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

same is hereby appropriated out of the Firemen's Pension Fund
in the City Treasury for the payment of the following claim:

Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and
he is here by authorized to issue a warrAnt countersigned by the
City manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim
mentioned in Section One (l) of this ordinance.

in force from and after its passage.
