AN ORDINANCE appropriating and transferring certain money from
the Waterworks Department Fund to W. P. A. Project Number
6309 Accounts
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina
Kansas:
Section 1• That the sum of $8OO.00 be and the same is hereby
appropriated and transferred from the Waterworks Department Fund
in the City Treasury to W. P, A. Project Number 6309 Account in
the City Treasury for the estimated cost of constructing Lateral
Sanitary Sewer No. 154 located in Merrill Street from Venango
Street to Crawford Avenue; and Lateral Sanitary Sewer No. 174
located in the alley between Olive Street and Chicago Street from
University Place to Marietta Avenue*
Section 2. 7aat the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to issue a warrant countersigned by the
City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim
mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3• This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

the same is hereby appropriated and transferred from the Water-
works Department Fund in the City Treasury to W. P. A. Project
Number 6309 Account in the City Treasury for the estimated cost
of constructing Lateral Sanitary Sever No. 154 located in
Merrill Street from Venango street to Crawford Avenue; and Later-
al Sanitary Sewer No. 174 located in the alley between Olive
Street and Chicago Street from University Place to Marietta
Avenue*
