AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation from the W. P. A. Project Number
6301 Account for the payment of a certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina.
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $613.93 be and the same is hereby appro—
priated out of the Wo P. A. Project Number 6301 Account for the payment
of the following claims
W. P. A. PROJECT N0. 6301 ACCOUNT
Leidigh & Havens Lumber Company Sewer Pipe X613.93"`
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.

AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation from the W. P. A. Project
Number 6301 Account for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas
Section 1. That the sum of $613.93 be and the
