BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
i Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $1.700.00�be and the Same is

hereby appropriated and transferred from the Waterworks Department
Fund in the City Treasury to W, p. A, Project Number 6301. Account
in the City Treasury for the estimated cost of constructing Lateral
Sanitary Sewer Number 156 located in Custer Street from Venango
Street to Republic Avenue*
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Tanager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioneC in Section
One (1) of this ordinance*
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

Number 6301 Account.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section l.� That the sum of $1.,700.00 be and the same
is hereby appropriated and transferred from the Waterworks
Department Fund in the City Treasury to W. Pe A. Project Number
6301 Account in the City Treasury for the estimated coat of
constructing Lateral Sanitary Sewer Number 156 located in
Custer Street from Venango Street to Republic Avenue.
