4821 AppropriationsORDINANCE N0. 4821 AN ORDINANCE appropriating and transferring a certain sum of money from the SinkinFund Account in the City Treasury to the General Bonds and Interest Fund in the City Treasury. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas. Section 1. That there be and there is hereby appropriated and transferred from the fund or account known as "Sinking Fund" to the General Bonds and Interest Fund in the City Treasury the sum of $598.43,i{ same being the balance remaining unexpended therein, and all obligations of said Sinking Fund having been paid in full* Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance* Section 3.
