AN ORDINATiCE appropriating and traiisfe rring certain money from
the Waterworks Departr�itent for thy; parchase of a Temporary
Note.
BE IT ORDAIIED by the Board of Cor-T-issione.rs of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of X12,803.15 be and the same
is hereby appropriated from the Waterworks Department fund
in the City Treasury to H. J. Taylor Construction Company
for purchase of a temporary note issued for the final esti-
mate of cost for paving Sunset Drive from the west line of
Pershing Street to a lime parallel with and 125 feet west of
the west line of Funston Street as provided. by Ordix<ance No.
4785 of the City of Salina, Kansas; and for the paving of
Beloit Avenue from the west line of Highland Circle to the
east line of Funston Street as provided. by Ordinance Number
4791 of the City of Salina, K-ansas.
Section 2• That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby authorized to issue a warrant cmintersigned by the
City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of
the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
