AN ORDI. ANCE providing for the purchase of certain bonds by and for the
Gypsum Hill Cemetery (Investment Account) Fund and the Hillcrest
Memorial (Investment Account) Fund from the Sinking Fund (Invest-
ment Account) appropriating money for such purpose and providing
for the transfer of said bonds.
BE IT �RDAIITED by the Board of Co=issioners of the City of Salina.. Kansas:
Section 1. `That there be purchased by and for the Gypsum Hill
Cemetery (Investment account) Fund from the Sinking Fund (Investment
Account) of the City of Salina the following described bonds now field
by and in said Sinking Fund (Investment Account) to -wit: Cwty of Salina
Refunding Bonds number 30, 36, and 43, dated January lst, 1934, of the
a negate par value of $3000*00, at and for a price of par and accrued
interest to date of purchase and that there be and there is Hereby appro-
priated for such purpose to the Sinking Fund (Investment Account) out
of the Gypsum Hill Cemetery Fund in the City Treasury, the num of 1x'3,051.60 o
in payment of said purchase price.
Section 2. That there be purchased by and for the •illcrest
Memorial ( Investment Account) Fund from the Sinking Fund ( Investment
Account) of the City of Sali::a the folloviing described bond now held
by and in said Sinking Fund (Investment Account) to -wit: City of Sall_na
Refunding Bond number 57, dated January lst, 1934, of the aggregate par
value of d?1000.00 at and for a price of par and accrued interest to date
of purchase and that there be and there is hereby appropriated for such
purpose to the Sinking Fund (Investment Account) out of the Hillcrest
Memorial Fund i.: the City Treasury, the sum of $1,017.20,in payment of
said purchase price*
Section 3. That the City Clerk and City Treasurer of the City of
Salina are hereby authorized and directed to make the transfer of the
bonds and of the funds as provided for in the preceding sections of this
ordinance and to make such entries on the books as may be necessary of
such bonds and such funds to and from the Funds above specified.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.

AN ORDINANCE providing for the purchase of certain bonds by and
for the Gypsum Hill Cemetery (Investment Account) Fund and
the Hillcrest Memorial (Investment Account) Fund from the
Sinking Fund (Investment Account) appropriating money for
such purpose and providing for the transfer of said bonds.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That there be purchased by and for tree; Gypsum
