i AN ORDINANCE creating a Board of Health in the City of Salina,
Kansas, solely for the purposes set forth in Ordinance No.
4804, being an ordinance requiring Exarlinations and Certi-
ficates for Plumbers.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Conu:;issioners of the City of Salina,
Kans as :
Section 1. There is hereby created in and for the City of
Salina, Kansas, solely for the purposes set forth in Ordinance
No. 4804 being an ordinance requiring Examinations and Certifi-
Cates for Plumbers, a Board of Health Consisting of three members,
one of which shall be the City Engineer, who shall be ex -officio
Chairman of the said Board of Health; the second and third members
shall be appointed by the Board of Cor.°,missioners within ten days
after the passage of this. -ordinance, for the term of one year from
the first day of December and thereafter annually before the first
day of December, and shall serve without pay.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
after its publication in the official city paper.
