AN ORDINANCE appropriating and transferring a certain sum of money from
Public Works Administration State File No. 1050-R Account
to the Paving Fund in the City Treasury.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Conm, issioners of the City of Salina, Kansas.
Section l• That there be and there is hereby appropriated and
transferred from the fund or account known as "Public Works Administration
State File No. 1050-R Account" to the Paving Fund in the City Treasury,
the sum of 0138.85; same being the balance remaining unexpended therein,
in payment of engineering services rendered on account of said fund.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the appropriation and transfer of the claim
mentioned in Section 1 of this ordinance.
Section 3• This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
