AN ORDIIyANCE making an appropriation from the W. P. A. Project Number
6002 Account for the payment of certain claims.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $1,064.00 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of 611. P. A. Project Number 6002 Account in the City
Treasury for the payment of the following claims:
W. P. A. PROJECT NUMBER 6002 ACCOUNT
R. A. Rearwin Cement $ 532.00 VI
Eberhardt Lumber Co. Cement $ 532.00"'
Total - - - - - $ 1064.00
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to.issue warrants countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claims mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
