BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of C x r is.sloner_s of the City of
Salina, Kansas*
Section 1, That the sum of $737.75 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of We P. A. Project 'Number 6002 Fund in the City
Treasury for the payment of the following claim :
W. P. A• PROJECT NUMBER -6002 FUND
Utt Lumber Company Cement $737.75 �
Section 2* That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorised to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the payment'of the claim mentioned
In Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3• This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation from W. P. A. Project
Number 6002 Fund for the payment of a certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of CoYmnissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 12 That the sum of $737.75 be and the
same is hereby appropriated out of W. P. A. Project Number
6002 Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of the follow-
ing claim:
W. P. A. PROJECT NUMBER 6002 FUND
Utt Lumber Company Cement $737.75
