AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation from the Relief Highway Fund
for the payment of a. pertain claim*
BE IT ORDAIN by the Board of Commiss_lQners of the City of Salina.,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $337.71 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the Relief Highway Fund in --the City Treasury
for the payment of a certain claim incurred for labor required
and necessary in the construction, maintenance and operatton of
City streets, avenues or bouleva.r_ds# showing to whom and for what
purpose the claim is paid•

Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the.City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in
Section One (1) of this ordinance*
Section 32 Tnie ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
