AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners Of the City of Salina,
Kansas
Sections 1. That the sum of $532.00 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of We Pe A. Project NO. 5988 Account in the City
Treasury for the payment of the following claim:
R. A. Rearwin Cement $ 532.00 0
Section 2e That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned_by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentionedrin Section
One (1) of this ordinance*
Section 3e This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $532.00 be and the
same is hereby appropriated out of W. P. A. Project No. 5988
Account in the City Treasury for the payment of the following
claim:
R. A. Rearwin Cement $532.00
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he
is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City
Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim men-
tioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3s This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
