4750 Zone Pacific AdditionORDINANCE NO, 1750 Published in the Salina Journal 1 1037) AN OFLDINANCE ame di n ng 0rdznanee No, 3188 by adding certain territory f to the "C" Commercial District as defined by Section 5 of said ordinance and defining and restricting the uses of the terri- tory added to said district, WiEREAS, the proposed changes in the zoning ordinance in the City of Salina qs contained in the following ordinance have been submitted by ti.e Board of Commnissioners to the City Planning Cormission and has been referred back to the Board of Commissioners with the recommenda- tion of said Commission, and due notice thereof has been given as re- quired by law, NO10V T?IERE, TORE, BE IT OaDAIIMD by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1, That the following described lands with' -n the City of Salina shall be and the same are hereby included in, added to and made a part of the "C" Commercial District as defined in Section 5 of Ordinance 3188 and said Ordinance as amended and that said lands may be used for the purposes designated in Section 10 of said Ordinance 3188, subject to the restrictions and regulations hereinafter provided for to -wit: 1 Lots 1, 30 60 8, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17 and 19, in Block 4, Pacific Addition; Lots 6, 8, 10, 11, 120 132 15, 18 and 20, in i Block 3, Pacific Addition; Lots 1, 22 3, 4, 52 6, in Block 11, Pacific Addition; Lots 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20, in Block 2, Pacific i Addition; Lots 10 3, 51 62 8, 9, 100 11, 13 and 15, in Block 10, Pacific Addition; Lots 61 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 150 18, 200 21, 22, 230 I 24, 25 and 26, in Block 9, Pacific Addition; Lots 1, 30 51 7, 90 11, 13, 152 170 19 and 21 in Block 3, Norte Park Addition; Lots 2, 4, 6, 81 100 120 13, 14, 150 16, 170 180 190 21, 22, 230 242 26, 28, 29, 30, 31, 322 33, 34, 350 37, 39, 41, 43 and 45 in Block 2, North 3 Park Addition; Lots 32, 340 36, 38, 40, 42, 43 and 45, in Block 1, North Park Addition; east 110 ft, Block 9, Leavenworth Addition and Park No, 3 in Leavenworth Addition, except all that part of described lots and tracts of ground which heretofore have been taken and con- demned for street and highway purposes. i Section 2, That any commercial building constructed on any of the land described in the proceeding section of this ordinance may be used for any of the purposes designated in Section 10, of Ordinance 3188, provided however, that before any building permit shall be issued, for the construction, erection, or reconstruction of any building on any of said land and before any building or other structure is moved on to said land, the plans for such building and the purpose for which it is to be used, with the proposed set -back from street lines of any such building or any other improvements on -aid land, shall be submitted to the Board of Commissioners of said city and shall be i approved by such Board and it shall be unlawful to use any of such land for any purpose other than residence purposes without such approval by the Board of Conmissioners. i Section 3.
