AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation from the W. P. A. Project
Number 5503 Account for the payment of a certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $ 538.05 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the W. P. A. Project Number 5503 Account for the
payment of the following claim:
W. P. A. PROJECT N0, 5503 ACCOUNT
Utt Lumber Company Cement y 538.05,-
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claims mentioned
in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
