AN ORDINANCE appropriating and transferring certain money from
i the Waterworks Department Fund to W. P. A. Project Number

5503 Account.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissione.t°s of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $6,500.004\be and the same is
hereby appropriated and transferred from the Waterworks Department
Fund -in the City Treasury to W. P. A• Project Number 5503 Account

In the City Treasury for the estimated cost of curbing and guttering
Custer Street from Crawford. Avenue to Republic Avenue; Eleventh
i
Street from Frost Street to Republic Avenue; and Phillips Street
from Prescott Avenue to Charles Street.

Section 2. That the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon the City
Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1)
of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $6,500.00 be and the sane is
hereby appropriated and transferred from the Waterworks Depart-
ment Fund in the City Treasury to We P. As Project Number 5503
Account in the City Treasury for the estimated cost of curbing
and guttering Custer Street from Crawford Avenue to Republic
Avenue; Eleventh Street from Frost Street to Republic Avenue;
and Phillips Street from Prescott Avenue to Charles Street.
