AN ORDINAI+CE appropriating and transferring certain money from the
j1.1aterworks Department Fund to IN, P. A, Project Number 5145 Account.
I BE IT ORDAII7;D by the Board of Comrlissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of '1000.00 be and the samme i s hereby
appropriated and transferred from the 7aterworks Department Fund in
the City Treasury to IN. P. A. Project Number 5145 Account in the
City Treasury, for the estimated cost of widening Ei�,hth Street
from Walnut Street to Ash Street.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City !e anager
upon the City Treasurer for the purpose mentioned in Section One
(1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

AN ORDINANCE appropriating andt ransferring certain money from
the Waterworks Department Fund to 14, P. A. Project Number
5145 Account.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $1000.00 be and the same is
hereby appropriated and transferred from the Waterworks Depart-
ment Fund in the City Treasury to W. P. A. Project Number 5145
Account in the City Treasury, for the estimated cost of widening
Eighth Street from Walnut Street to iAsaSr�t
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the purpose mentioned in Section One
(1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
