AN ORDIIiANCE repealing ordinance No. 3728 being an ordinance relating
to and apportioning and levying special assessments on certain
lots and pieces of ground in the City of Salina, to pay the
cost of curbing, guttering and paving Oakdale Avenue from the
south line of Gypsum Avenue to Kenwood Park Bridge in the City
of Salina, Kansas, and relating to and providing for the
collection and payment of such assessments.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the pity of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That ordinance No. 3728 entitled "An ordinance
relatingoff—apportioning and levying special assessments on cer-
tain lots and pieces of ground in the City of Sglina, to pay the cost
of curbing, guttering and paving Oakdale Avenue from the south line of
Gypsum Avenue to Kenwood Park Bridge in the City of Salina, Kansas,
and relating to and providing for the collection and payment of such

be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance to take effect and be in force
from and after its publication in the official city paper.
