BE I`i' UitD IiED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
6ection 1. That the sum of �i369.75 be and the same
is hereby appropriated to H. J. 'Taylor Construction Company from
the Special Sewer 1,'und in the City Treasury for the payment of
85% of the contract price for materials furnished and labor
performed prior to July lst, 1929, in the construction of Stora.
Sewer Number 11, under dontract dated ltiarch 11th, 1929,
Section 2. That a Temporary 11ote of the City of Salina,
nansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in
Section One (1) of this ordinance, said 'Temporary Note to be
payable on or before ninety (90) days from date, and to draw
interest at the r_.tte of six fuer cent (6%) per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from ana after, its passage.

An Ordinance making 'an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
"alina, Kansass

Section 1.. That the sum of $369.75 be and the same
is hereby appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Company from
the Special "ewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of
85% of the contract price for materials furnished and labor
performed prior to July 1st, 1929, in the construction of Storm
hewer Number 11, under contract dated March 11th, 1929.
Section'2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina,
Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in
Section One (1).of this ordinance, said 'Temporary Note to be
payable on or before ninet�?- days from date, and to draw
interest at the rate of six per cent (6%) per annum.
