3733 AppropriationsUhINtNCE NU. 3733, AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT UhDjINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of qP23,158.39 be and the same is hereby appropriated to L. W. hexroad from the Special Paving; Fund in the City 'Treasury for the payment of 85% of the contract price for materials furnished and labor performed prior to 'July lst, 1929 in the construction of curbing, guttering and paving certain streets under contract dated "�ar•ch 11th, 1929. Section 2. That a 'Temporary Note of the City of Lalina, Kansas be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Sedtion Une (1) of this ordinance,said Temporary Note to be payable on or before ninety (90) days from date, and to draw interest at the rate of six per cent (0o) per _annum. Section 2.
