AN ORIS NANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the board of Commissioners of the Oity of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $831.65 be and the same is hereby
appropriated to The Salina Plumbing Company froom the Special Sewer
Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of final estir,ate for material
furnished and labor performed in the construction of Storm Sewer No.
15 in Second Street and Pine Street, under contract dated May 13th,
1929.
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City, of Salina, Kansas,
be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1)
of this ordinance,, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before ninety
days from date, and to draw interest at the rate of four and ore -half
per cent (4j%) per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
