4733 Street Improvements - Eleventh StORDINANCE NO 4733

AN ORDINANCE repealing Section 5 of Ordinance No. 4716 relating to
the curbing, guttering and grading of Eleventh Street from
Frost, Street to Republic Avenue.
WFIEREAS, by Section 5 of Ordinance No. 4716 the curbing, guttering
and grading of Eleventh Street from the north line of Frost Street
to the north line of Republic Avenue in the City of Salina was pro-
vided for and authorized and by Sections 9 and 10 of said ordinance
E it was provided that the City Engineer make and file with the City
Clerk within the time specified therein complete plans and speci-
fications for said improvements, together with other improvements
in said ordinance provided for and for making and filing an estimate
of the cost of said improvements and for the advertising for bids
for the same, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did not within the time specified prepare
and file plans and specifications and the estimate of the cost for
the curbing, guttering and grading of Eleventh Street within the
limits above mentioned and the advertisement for bids pursuant to
said ordinance did not 33clude the proposed improvements on said
Eleventh Street within such limits, NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1, That Section 5 of Ordinance No. 4716 relating to

the curbing, guttering and grading of Eleventh Street from the north
line of Frost Street to the north line of Republic Avenue in the
City of Salina, Kansas, be and the same is hereby repealed,

j Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
i
from and after its publication in the official city paper.
