AN ORDINANCE appropriating and transferring certain money from the
Waterworks Department Fund to 1,-1. P. A. Project Number
5145 Account.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of p4, 000.00 be and the same is
hereby appropriated and transferred from the Waterworks Department
Fund in the City Treasury to 17. P. A. Project Number 5145 Account
in the City Treasury, for the estimated cost of widening Eighth
Street from Walnut Street to E_ghth Street,
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the purpose mentioned in Sect'on One (1) of
this ordinance.
Section 3. Mais ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.

AN ORDINANCE appropriating and transferring certain money from
the Waterworks Department Fund to W. P. A. Project
Number 5145 Account.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of 44,000.00 be and the same is
hereby appropria ted and transferred from the Waterworks
Department Fund in the City Treasury to W. P. A. Project Number
5145 Account in the City Treasury, for the estimated cost of
widening Eighth Street from Walnut street to Eighth Street.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City
Manager upon the City Treasurer for the purpose mentioned in
Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
