AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of $1302.83 from the Gypsum Hill
Lot Owners Endowment Fund for the purchase of United States
Government Bonds in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance
No, 3530,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section
1. That the sum of $ 1302.83 be and the same is hereby
appropriated
out of the funds now in the City Treasury to
the credit
of the Gypsum
Hill Lot Owners Endowment kun d, which has been
paid in
accordance with
the provisions of Ordinance No. 3530, for
the purpose
of purchasing
from National Bank of America, United States
Government
Four Percent Bonds of the par value of 01302.83 with accrued interest
thereon, said bonds when purchased to be held by the City Treasurer
in accordance with the provisions of said Ordinance No. 3530.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized
to issue I warrant for the amount mentioned in the foregoing section,
drawn upon the City Treasurer and countersigned by the City Manager,
for the purposes mentioned in the foregoing sections.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

chase of United States Government Bohds in accordance
with the provisions of Ordinance No.3530,
SECTION 1. That the sum of 1.302.83- , be and the
.same is.hereby appropriated out of the funds noir in the Y
City Treasury to the credit of the Gypsum Hill Lot Owners
Endowment Fund, which has been paid in in accordance with
the provisions of Ordinance No. 3530, for the purpose of
purchasing from National bank of America __, United
States.Government Four Percent Bonds of the par value of

when purchased to be held by the City Treasurer in accord-
ance with the provisions of said Ordinance No.3530..
