Kansas:
Section 1. shat the sum of $lp838.30 be and the same is hereby

appropriated to H. J. 'Taylor Construction Company from the Special
Sewer Fund in the City 'Treasury for the payment of 85% of the contract
price for materials furnished and labor performed prior to May 1st,
1929, in the construction of Storm Sewer Number 11, under contract
dated March 25th, 1:,29.
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, 4nsas,
be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1)
of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before
ninety days from date, and to draw interest at the rate of six per cent
(6%) per annum.
Section 3.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by, the Board of Commissioners of the City of

Section 1. That the sum of $1,838.30 be and the
same is hereby appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Com -
pang from the Special Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the
payment of 85% of the contract price for materials furnished
