AN ORDINANCE making appropriations for miscellaneous purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Hoard of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of 4337.62 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the Sewer Repair Fund in the City
Treasury for the payment of the following claims:
Sewer Repair Fund
H. C. Johnson Foreman P 60.00
Frank Ellis Labor 29.90
C. h. Stoffer Labor 34.37
Geo. Jones Labor 27.50
John Gile Labor 27.50

Section 2. That the Director of rinance be and he is here-
by authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City 'Treasurer for the payment of the claims mentioned in
Section One (1) hereof.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
