AN ORDINANCE appropriating and transferrin certain funds from the
Fire Department Fund to the Firemen s Relief Fund.
BE IT ORD.hINED by the hoard of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of X404.12 appropriated and paid out
of the Firemen's Relief Fund auring the year 1928 for certain items
of fire station equipment and for equipment for fireman, which items
were properly chargeable to the Fire Department Fund, be and the same
is hereby appropriated and transferred from the Fire Department Fund
to the Firemen's Relief Fund and that the City 'Treasurer and the City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to make the proper entries
on their books charging the fire department fund with said sum of
X404.12, and crediting the Firemen's helief Fund with s uch arnount.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect from and after
its passage.
