AN ORDINANCE vacating a certain alley running north and south through
Block 8 in Woodland Addition in the City of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of ConjUssioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the 10 foot alley running north and south
through Block 8 in Woodland Addition in the City of Salina, Kansas,
lying east of and adjacent to Lots 10 3, 50 70 9, 112 130 150 17
and 19 in said Mock 8 and lying west of and adjacent to Lots 2, 4,
6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 and 20 in said block 8, be,and the same
is hereby vacated, and that said alley so vacated shall revert to
and become a part of the lots lying adjacent thereto.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its publica-
tion in the official city paper, and upon the recording of a certi-
fied copy thereof with the Proof of Publication thereof, in the
office of the Register of Deeds of Saline County, Kansas and that
the costs of said puolication and recording be paid by the owners
of such adjacent property.

Salina, Kansas:

7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17 and 19 in said Block 8 and lying west

20 in said Block 8, be and the same is hereby vacated, and
that said alley so vacated shall revert to and become a
