3671 AppropriationsAN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
"ansas:
Section 1. That the sum of 0664.06 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the Sewer Repair Fund in the CityTreasury for
the payment of the following claim:
J. E. Hed, Contractor For piling driven prior to February
25th, 1929, along river bank at
Sewage Pumping Station x;664.06
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City k anager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section
One (1) hereof.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
