BE IT ORDAINED by the hoard of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. shat the sum of X3,292.98 be and the same is hereby appropriated to h. J. Taylor Construction Company for the Special Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of final estimate for materials furnished and labor performed in the construction of sanitary sewers and Southern Heights Pumping Station, according to City Engineers final estimate, Job No. 36, under contract dated August 20th, 1928. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued. for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before ninety (90) days from date, and to bear interest at the rate of four and one-fourth (4-1/4%) per cent per annum.
