3647 AppropriationsORDINjZ CE NO. 3647 AN OkDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE I`i' ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas; Section 1. That the sum of kp3,788.38 be and the same is here- by appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Company from the Special Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of final estimate for materials furnished and labor performed in the construction of sanitary Sewers according to City Engineer final estiriate, Job No. 420 under contract dated October 15th, 1928. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before ninety (90) days from date, and to bear interest at the rate of four and one-half (42) per cent per annum.
