AN ORDINANCE fixing the salaries of certain officers of the City of
Salina, and repealing all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith.
BE IT OhDi INED by the Board of Corninissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the salaries of the following named officers
of the City of Salina shall be, and they are hereby fixed at the
sums hereinafter set forth, and that the payment of such salaries
in such amounts from such dates be and the same is hereby authorized,
ratified and confirmed, to -wit: City Clerk, 02400.00 per year..
January 1, 1929; Chief of rolice, 01920 per year, January 1, 1929;
Captains of Police, 01620 per year, January 1, 1929; City Manager,
x$'4200 per year, July 1, 1928; Police Judge, x$1200 per year, May 1,
1928; all of such salaries payable inequal semi-monthly installments.
Sect -',, ,-n 2. 'shat all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict with any of the provisions of this ordinance be and they
are hereby repealed, as to the offices hereby affected, as of the
dates above mentioned, relating to any such office.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
upon its publication in the official city paper.

1928; all of such salaries payable in equal semi-mont)ly installments.
