by (P dinance No. 3491, relating to the location of gasoline
filling stations on certain streets in the City of Salina,
and repealing saici original sections.

Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3482 as
amended by Section 1 of ordinance No. 3491 be and the same is hereby
amended to read. as follows:
"Section 1. 'That it shall be unlawful hereafter to
establish or o operate, if' established, an "d.rive in" gasoline "
filling station on any lots fronting upon or adjacent to any of
the following, ports ns of the following d-escribed streets in the
City of Salina, to-wi On Santa Fe Avenue between Ash Street and
South Street; on Fifth S eet between Ash Street and

on Seventh Street between A Street and Iron Avenue: and on rish
Street and Iron avenue betwee i., lie alley east of Fifth Street and
the alley west of Seventh Street.,
Section 2. ','hat original Section 1 of Ordinance No.
3482 as amended by Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3491 be and the same
is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its nublication in the official city paper.

An Ordinance amending Section 1 of Ordinance No.'3482, as amended
by Ordinance Pio. 3491, relating to the location of gasoline
('filling stations on certain streets in the City of Salina, and
,repealing.said.original sections.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3482 as amended by
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3491 be and the same is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"Section 1. That it shall be unlawful hereafter to establish
or to operate, if established, any "drive in" gasoline filling
station upon any lots fronting upon or adjacent to any of the follow-
ing portions of the following described streets in the City of Salina,
to -wit: On Santa Fe Avenue between Ash Street and South Street; on
Fifth Street between Ash Street and Walnut Street; on Seventh Street
between Ash Street and Iron Avenue; and on Ash Street and Iron Avenue
between the alley east of Fifth Street and the alley west of Seventh
Street."
SECTION 2. That original Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3482 as amended
by Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3491 be and the same is hereby repealed.
` SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its publication in the official city paper.
