An Ordinance making appropriations for miscellaneous purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of 0380259.83 be and the
same is hereby appropriated out of the Bonds and Coupons
Fund in the City Treasury in payment of the following claims:
Carl R. White, State Treas- Bonds, Interest & Com-
urer & Kansas Fiscal Agent mission due Jan. 1,1929 j$375944.83
Carl R. White, State Treas- Bonds & interest due
urer Jan. 1, 1929 315.00
Total -------------$38,259.83
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby authorized to issuewarrants countersigned by the City
Manager upon the City Treasurer payable on, but not before,
January 1st, 1929, in payment of the claims mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
