3630 Appropriations;,N OhDIN.ANCI, rf:aking an appropriation for, tl,e ayment of a certair claim. BE IT O}tD.INED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of X4,895.41 be and the same is hereby appropriated to H. J. 'Taylor Construction Company, from the Special Sewer Fund in the City 'Treasury, for the payment of 85% of Estimate for work performed prior to December l.st, 14,28, under contract dated. August 20th, 1928. Section 2. 'khat, a j!errporar•y Note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before sixty (6C) days from date and to bear interest at the rate of four and one- fourth (4-1/4%) per cent per annum.
