AN O,.DINANCE amendin Section 2 ( creating and defining Main Sewer
District "Q ) of Ordinance No. 3567 being an ordinance
creating and defining certain main sewer districts in the
City of Salina designated as Main Sewer District "P" and
"Q", etc., adopted July 2, 1928, and repealing original
Section 2 of said ordinance.
BE IT ORDAINED by the hoard of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That section 2 of Ordinance No. 3567 of the
City of Salina adopted July 2, 1928, being an ordinance creating
and defining certain main sewer districts in the City of Salina
designated as Main Sewer District "t'" and "Q", etc., be and the
same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 2. MAIN SEWER DISTRICT "Q". That there be and
there is hereby created a Main Sewer District in the City of Salina
which shall be designated as Main Sewer District "Q", which shall
include all of the following described property in said city., to -
wit:
Lots 5, 6, 71 8, 9, 10, Crawford Addition, Lots 50 60 71
81 Block 1 and Lots 8, 91 102 11, 12, 130 14 and 15 Block 2, Brown's
Addition, Lots 8 to 26 inclusive and the west 30 ft. of Lots 4, 50
61 71 Block 1, and Lots 8 to 15 inclusive, Block 2 and Lots 8 to
11 inclusive, Block 3, all in Fairview Addition, also Lots 1 to
9 inclusive on Sherman Street and Lots 13 to 36 inclusive on Custer
St. in Dimicks Addition, also Blocks 1 to 19 inclusive and Blocks
21, 22, 230 24 and the west one-half block 20 Southern Heights
Addition to the City of Salina."
Section 2. That original Section 2 of said Ordinance No.
3567 be and the same is hereby repealed.
Secti ;n 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its publication in the official city paper.
