AN ORDINANCE making appropriations for miscellaneous purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $84,451.68 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the Paving Fund in the City Treasury
for the payment of the following clairns.
Temporary Notes numbered
Planters State Bank, 2-3-7-11, and Interest in
same $41,949.01
Temporary Notes numbered
Farmers National Bank, 1-6-4-14-12 and Interest
on same $33,588.92
National Bank of America Temporary Notes numbered
5-8-9-13, and Interest on
name s5 80913.75
Total ----------G 84,451.68
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby authorized to issue warrants countersigned by the City
Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claims
mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
