BE I'T ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of $1,348.60 be and the same is herby appropriated to 11. J. 'Taylor Construction Company, from the Special Paving Fund in the City 'Treasury for the payment of corrected final estimate for materials .furnished and labor per- formed in the complete construction of a street improvements, under contract dated June 12th, 1928. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim. mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before thirty days from date, .and to bear interest at the rate of four and one-fourth (4-1/4/) per cent per annum.
