3586 AppropriationsORIY NANCE NO. 3586 AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of X1073.05 be and the same is hereby appropriated to C. T. Snyder from the Special Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of final estimate for materials furnished and labor performed in the construction of storm sewers, according to City Engineers Estimate, Job No. 35, finder contract dated June 12th, 1928. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before ninety days from date, and to bear interest at the rate of four and one-fourth (4-1/4J) per cent per annum.
