ORDINANCE NO. 3584
AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim.
BE IT ORDS=.INED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of � 6,471.14 be and the same is hereby
appropriated to L. W. Rexroad from the Special Paving Fund in the City
Treasury for the payment of the 70% to be paid by the City of Salina
of the final estimate fore materials furnished and labor performed in
the construction of certain joint City and County street improvements,
according to City Engineers Estimate, Job No. 35, under contra:,t
dated June 12th, 1928.
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas,
be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Sectim One (1)
of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before
ninety days from date, and to draw interest at the rate of four and
one-fourth (4-1/4%) per cent per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
