3579 AppropriationsORDINANCE NO. 3579 AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas; Stiction 1. That the sum of $3,003.19 be and the same is hereby appropriated to C. T. Snyder from the Special Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of 85% of the contract price for materials furnished and labor performed prior to July 23rd, 1928, in the con- struction of storm sewers, according to City Engineers Estimate Number 2, Job 35, under contract dated June 12th, 1928. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before ninety days from date and to draw interest at the rate of four and one-fourth (4-1/4%) per cent per annum.
