ORDINANCE NO. 3578
AN ORIS NANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of X500.00 be and the same is hereby
appropriated to Red Cross out of the General Fund, (Administration
& Finance Department) for the payment of balance due for 1928
appropriation.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned
in Section 1 of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of
a certain claim.
--BE IT ORDAINED by.the Board of Commissioners -.of the City,
of Salina,, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $500.00 be and the
same is -hereby appropriated to Red Uross out of the
General Fund, -(Administration & Finance Department) for
the payment of balance due for 1928 appropriation.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and
he is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned
by the City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the pay-
ment of the claim mentioned in Section 1 of this ordinance.
