AN ORDINANCE relating to water rates.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISa ONERS OF THE CITY OF SALINA'
KANSAS:
Section 1. That all domestic water bills rendered by the Water-
works Department for water used through meters in residences in the
City of Salina during the months of July and August, 1928 in excess
of 5,000 gallons per month through any one meter, shall be entitled
to a discount of 20 percent of the amount of such bill for such water
based upon the regular rates as now provided for by ordinance.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from.
and after its publication in the official city paper.
