3563 Appropriations1 1 1 ODINANCE NO. 3563 AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas, Section 1. That the sum of 48,634.16 be and the same is hereby appropriated to H. J. Taylor �'onstruction Company from the Special Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of 85% of the contract price for materials furnished and labor performed prior to July 1st, 19282 in the construction of certain storm sewers, according to City Engineers Estimate No. 2, Job No. 33, under contract dated April 16th, 1928. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the dity of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim: mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before ninety days from date, and to draw interest at the rate of four and one-fourth (4-1/4%4 per cent per annum.
