3562 AppropriationsORDINANCE NO. 3562 AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of $19,904.12 be and the same is hereby appropriated to L. W. Rexroad from the Special Paving Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of final estimate of the contract price f6r materials furnished and labor performed prior to July lst, 1928, in the construction of certain street improvements, according to City Engineers Final Estimate, Job No. 33, under contract dated April 16th, 1928. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before ninety days from date, and to draw interest at the rate of four and one-fourth (44)% per cent per annum.
