ORDINANCE NO. 3912
AN ORDINANCE fixing the salary ,of the Superintendent of the Water-
works Department of the City of Salina, and repealing all
ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. The salary of the Superintendent of the Waterworks
Department shall be $4200.00 per year, commencing July lst, 1930,
which salary shall include the use and upkeep of an automobile to
be furnished by such superintendent for his use in connection with
the duties of his office.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict with the provisions of this ordinance be and they are hereby
repealed.
