AN ORDINANCE relating to the appropriation of an easement over
and across and in certain private property for a right of
way for the purpose of constructing a sanitary sewer, and
for laying water line.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That it is deemed necessary by the Board of
Commissioners of the City of Salina to appropriate an easement
over, across and in certain private property in the City of Salina,
for the purpose of constructing therein a sanitary sewer and a
water line in the west half of the north half of the north half of
the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section Twenty
three (23) Township rlourteen (14) Range Three (3) vest of the 6th
F. Td, in Saline County, Kansas, and that the City Engineer be and he
is hereby ordered and directed to make a survey and description of
the easement necessary to be appropriated for such right of way and
to file the same with the City 6lerk on or before June 23, 1930.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its publication in the official city paper.

in Saline County, Kansas, and that the City Engineer be and he is
hereby oodered and directed to make a survey and description of the
easement necessary to be appropriated for such right of way and to
file the same with the City Clerk on or before June 23, 1930.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its publication in the official city paper.
